Standard Bank helps Fight Muscular Dystrophy

Standard Bank is proud to support the MDA by participating in the Shamrocks Against Dystrophy program again this year. All funds raised through this event will send local children to a fun filled barrier free camp!
By stopping in your neighborhood Standard Bank and purchasing a Shamrock ($1 or $5 for a Gold shamrock) you will help a little boy like 11-year-old Teddy (pictured in the middle with his Summer Camp friends). He plays video games, collects Pokémon cards and loves to learn. Sadly, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy makes his muscles weak so he can’t run or ride a bike like other boys his age. Your Shamrock purchase will help send Teddy and local children in the area battling muscle disease to MDA Summer Camp!
